All orders are homemade and made to order. Please provide at least 48 hour notice of any cupcake orders that are needed, at least 72 hour notice of any cupcake cake orders that are needed, and at least a 3 week notice for any large orders that are needed, in which a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure the order.

 

If any orders need cancellation, please provide at least a 48 hour notice. Refunds will not be honored if orders are not cancelled within this time frame. If your order was a large order that required a 50% deposit, that initial deposit is still nonrefundable.

Local Delivery

A minimum purchase of $15 is needed for all local deliveries.

 

Inconvenience "Oops" Policy

Please keep in mind that MelCakes25 is a small, one person ran and operated business. Any last minute orders will result in a $15 Inconvenience Fee. Any last minute changes that need to occur due to an "oops" or human error will result in a $15 Inconvenience Fee. 

 

These inconveniences include: last minute orders, last minute due date changes, last minute changes to orders, incorrect orders placed, last minute delivery addresses, last minute pickup/delivery times.

 

Last minute is considered within 48 hours of the order's due date.

 

Once again, please keep in mind that MelCakes25 is a small, one person ran and operated, business. I understand that mistakes arise, I just ask that you provide me with notice of any changes that need to occur, well in advance of when your order is needed. I schedule myself accordingly to fulfill your orders and have everything to you as promised. I simply ask that you return the consideration.
